Day 10-B Another Type of Food Journal: 30-Day Metabolic Support

Today’s challenge is to keep a food journal where you’ll record everything you eat and how you feel. Note any bloating, energy levels, or other sensations. If you suspect a food sensitivity, consult a healthcare professional. This exercise can increase awareness of the connection between food and how you feel. Remember to also take LLV and MetaPWR products, eat whole foods, and get 30 minutes of movement. Happy journaling!
