Day 19-B Find Zone Two

Welcome to today’s workout challenge! Today, we’re putting what we’ve learned into practice by focusing on our heart rate during our 30 minutes of movement. If you have a watch or device that can track your heart rate, be sure to use it. If not, don’t worry! We’ll also be using some physical tests to get a feel for if we’re in zone two.
